Wisdom (n) the ability to use your knowledge and experience to make good decisions and judgments

Don was admitted as a Solicitor in January 1979 and moved to the Fraser Coast in 1980.

Since then it’s been full steam ahead. He has practised in a variety of areas of law, including Criminal, Property, Commercial, Leasing, Family, Elder and Wills and Estate Law.

Don brings a wealth of experience from his years of practice as a solicitor, but above all he brings common sense in large measures; an ability to be practical in the application of the law, and worldly experience – along with his grey hair.

Remember apart from practising law he has also been running a successful small business.

Don has been a Deputy President of the Woodford Correctional Centre – Parole Board and the Deputy Chairman of the Wide Bay Burnett Electricity Board.

His experience is broad and he knows how to deal with people at all levels, and in all circumstances. Steadiness of purpose and resolve are the key traits of his character.

Don’s advice will be direct and to the point, and it might not always be what clients want to hear; but the advice will always be given in the best interest of clients, and to achieve the best outcome.

He believes in providing prompt and knowledgeable legal advice. Don understands the need, for not only practical outcomes for legal issues and problems, but more importantly the delivery of cost-effective legal solutions. Not only do clients end up with sensible and realistic outcomes, but one that is the greatest value for money.

Don has many loyal clients who have been with him for years and that loyalty is returned in his exceptional service to them. He believes that his clients appreciate him as much as he appreciates their business.
